STUDIO POLICIES
Welcome to Ether & Stone! We are delighted to have you as a part of our yoga community. To ensure a harmonious and safe environment for all, please review and adhere to the following studio policies:
All sales are final.
If you cannot attend a class you've booked, please cancel at least 6 hours before class starts.

Cancel online through our Mindbody app or text Jes @ 503-748-9161.
​
No shows and late cancellations may result in a $10 fee for members or loss of class credit.
We allow late students five additional minutes to arrive. After 5 minutes, we lock the door and begin class.​ Once the doors are locked, you will not be allowed in, so please do not knock.
We prefer you keep your valuables with you at all times, and we will offer a small basket for phones, wallets, keys, etc.

Turn off or silence all electronic devices during class to minimize distractions.
Before class, inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy.

Listen to your body and practice at your own pace. Respect your limits.
Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class.

Be mindful of the energy you bring into the studio and respect the space and people around you.

Ether & Stone LLC is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete a verified training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).
